In the first decade of my practice as an osteopath I was miserable. I loved treating patients but I felt buried in all the work needed to run a practice.
Everything relied on me.
When I took the next natural step and hired an associate, their list was half-empty as my practice was reliant on my word of mouth. It just didn’t work.
Fast forward a few years and a lot of learning about marketing and mentoring, I had a great team and a practice that was profitable without me. 
When I’m not working with practice owners to grow and scale their businesses, you can find me watching action movies and trying not to eat too much cheese.
